    Dear visitors,

The Vietnamese Consulate General in Vladivostok, Russian Federation warmly welcomes you all.
The Vietnamese Consulate General in Vladivostok is the official consular office representing the Vietnamese State in the three provinces of Primorye, Khabarov and Amua in the Far Eastern region of the Russian Federation. The Consulate General was opened in pursuant to Decision No 1282 NC dated 30 July 1988 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the establishment of Consulate Generals of Vietnam in the former USSR. The Consulate General was initially opened in Nakhodka in September 1989 and based there until November 1996 when it was moved to Vladivostok, the capital of Primorye province.
Despite its limited staff,  the Consulate General has worked efficiently to overcome all challenges and  fulfill its tasks. This is attributedto the strong sense of responsibility and the direct guidance of the Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Vietnam in the Russian Federation, thus helping further enhance political, economic, cultural, trade, investment and tourism cooperation between Vietnam and the Far Eastern region of the Russian Federation.

    Welcome to Viet Nam
